Once you have selected your stay dates and villa, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to villa availability on the day.

Deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule your stay once when notifying us at least 7 days in advance.

For changes made less than 7 days before arrival, a THB 1,000 rescheduling fee applies. If the new date falls on a Friday, Saturday, public holiday or higher-rate period, any rate difference will also apply.

Yes. The extra guest charge is THB 890 per person per night.

A 1 Bedroom Villa can accommodate 1 extra guest, while 2–3 Bedroom Villas can accommodate up to 2 extra guests on the sofa bed in the living room.

Extra guests receive additional bedding, breakfast and amenities.

Yes. Biwabi welcomes both dogs and cats. Every villa has its own private area and garden so the whole family can enjoy the stay together comfortably.

The maximum number depends on the pets’ weight and villa type.

For mixed-size groups, please share the number and weight of your pets and our team will recommend the best option.

Every villa has a private garden with a defined fence, allowing pets to move around comfortably within the villa’s private area.

Please supervise your pets, especially when using shared spaces with other guests and their pets.

Yes. Pet fees vary depending on the type, number and weight of your pets. Please share their breed, weight, number of pets and your stay dates, and our team will calculate the applicable fee.

Please bring familiar personal items for your pet, such as their bed, food and treats. For cats, please also bring a litter tray.

The resort provides separate pet towels, kept apart from guest towels.

Biwabi has only 5 villas, creating a quiet and private atmosphere. Villa types include 1 Bedroom Villas, a 2 Bedroom Pool Villa and a 3 Bedroom Pool Villa.

The 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Villas have private saltwater swimming pools. The 1 Bedroom Villas feature a soaking tub in the private garden.

Yes. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Our team will share the available breakfast options and details before or during your stay.

Yes. We provide a BBQ grill and charcoal free of charge. Please let our team know in advance so we can prepare them for your stay.

Hua Hin beach is approximately a 10-minute drive from Biwabi. Shopping malls, Cicada and Tamarind markets, popular restaurants and cafés are generally within around 20 minutes.

Biwabi is set in a peaceful part of Hua Hin with mountain views, while still being close to convenience stores, markets, restaurants, shopping malls and attractions. It is ideal for guests who want a calm stay without feeling far from everything.
